4 Sue Lasmar Tricks to Lose Weight and Define Your Body

“Fitness Diva” Sue Lasmar showed that it is possible to lose weight in a healthy way by losing 15 kilos. In May 2015, the brunette weighed 65kg when she participated in the Arnold Classic Brasil bodybuilding championship.

After the competition, Sue put her strict diet aside, started eating normally and weighed 80kg. She then tried to lose weight but was unable to do so due to hypothyroidism and various hormonal problems caused by the previously restricted diet.

“I ate almost nothing during the day and still didn’t lose weight. Losing weight is not easy, especially if there is no set routine, but my coach Thiago Santisteban exceeds my expectations. As you know, I travel a lot for photos and events and keeping fit is not my thing”, admits the “Fitness Diva”.

When she weighed 80kg, Sue Lasmar reached a fat percentage of 28%. Now she is back to her ideal level: 7% fat percentage and 65kg.

1. DON’T WEIGH ME

This is women’s favorite exercise (laughs). Get on the scale and get off, get on again, give it a shake to see if the needle goes down and it doesn’t work.

But my best parameters are my clothes and the mirror. The mirror, besides my coach Thiago Santisteban, is the most sincere friend.
