Firstly, to make the prestige pudding, start with the chocolate pudding and then the coconut pudding. Therefore, you will need the following ingredients:

Ingredients for chocolate pudding

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395g)
  • 1 box of cream (200g)
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 250g melted semi-sweet chocolate
  • 12g colorless gelatin (1 envelope)

Ingredients for coconut pudding

  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk (395g)
  • 1 box of cream (200g)
  • 100g grated coconut
  • 12g colorless gelatin (1 envelope)

Preparation mode

  1. In short, to prepare prestige pudding, start with the chocolate pudding ingredients. Furthermore, you must place the condensed milk, cream and milk in the blender.
  2. Then, melt the chocolate and put it in the blender too.
  3. Lastly, hydrate and melt the colorless gelatin and place it in the blender and blend everything until smooth.
  4. Place the mixture in a medium pan with a hole in the middle and leave to leave for 1 hour.
  5. Meanwhile prepare the coconut pudding. Furthermore, hydrate the gelatin and place it in the blender along with all the other ingredients. With the exception of grated coconut.
  6. Then, beat all the ingredients well.
  7. Add the grated coconut and mix well with the help of a spatula, but you don’t need to beat it.
  8. Finally, add the coconut mixture on top of the chocolate pudding.
  9. Place it in the fridge again and wait at least 6 hours.
  10. After the period in the fridge, unmold the pudding. However, to make the prestige pudding come off more easily, the ideal is to heat the mold quickly on the stove. Just for a few seconds.
  11. Unmold the pudding, decorate with grated coconut and serve very cold.
