In the first case, they tend to look gross when they are exposed on clothes; Not to mention that they are a little uncomfortable due to the material. In the second case, who guarantees that the bra will actually stay attached to your body until the end of the day or party? Complicated, right?

How to transform your old bra
1. The first thing you need, obviously, is an old bra. Can be anyone. The other materials needed are: scissors, pins, thread (the same color as the bra, if possible) and a sewing needle.
OBS: Don’t freak out! Even if you’re not familiar with sewing, all you need to transform your old bra are a few stitches. The YouTuber teaches (and shows) how to do it.
2. So what you need to do is cut the base of the back bra straps as shown in the photo. Cut very close to the seam, but don’t make any points bother you later.
3. Next, you also cut the bra band that holds it to your back. Make the right contour around the bulge.
4. Once that’s done, everything is almost ready. All you have to do, then, is position the (loose) straps at the base of the cup, as shown in the images. Check that the tape is not twisted. Then just secure it with the pin.
5. Try on your old bra to see if it fits perfectly. Ideally, the strap should fit into the cup as shown in the photo.
6. Now just add a few dots and that’s it. You now have a brand new bra, perfect to wear elegantly with clothes that show your back.
