  • 1 or 2 oranges;
  • 40 ml of pinga;

Preparation mode

  1. Firstly, before preparing the feijoada, soak all the meat, ideally for at least 36 hours, and change the water throughout this time. However, if the environment is very hot, place ice on top.
  2. Then place the hard meats to freeze, then place the soft meats.
  3. Then, when the meat is soft, remove it from the pan and add the beans.
