Easy Cauliflower Gratin

If there is one side dish that I think is a great asset in the kitchen, it is cauliflower with white sauce or cauliflower au gratin! It goes well with any grilled or roasted dish (beef, chicken, fish, it’s a beautiful, delicious and easy-to-please dish. And best of all, it’s easy to make!
I’ll tell you that you can cook the cauliflower in boiling water, but steaming it is much better because it doesn’t release a lot of liquid afterwards.

Ingredients:
1 small cauliflower, separated into florets and cooked in boiling water or steam for 6 minutes.
1 cabbage manteiga (soup)
1 col. (soup) of oil or olive oil;
1/2 onion;
1 tablespoon of wheat flour;
300ml of milk (measured with the flour inside);
1/2 cup. grated parmesan (tea) to mix in the sauce;
1 box (200g) of cream;
1/2 cup. (tea) grated parmesan to put on top;
Salt and black pepper to taste.
