  • 1/2 finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 1 cup of dry white wine
  • 2L legume broth
  • 1 chopped seedless tomato
  • Spicy paprika to taste
  • Sweet paprika to taste
  • 100 grams of grated cheese or mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Preparation mode

  1. First, let’s prepare the chicken for the risotto. Then, in a bowl, add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
