One of the simplest ways to prepare spaghetti (or pasta in whatever shape you prefer).
Sometimes I make this same recipe by adding tuna or sardines, capers, black olives, hearts of palm, zucchini, in short, you can make several combinations. Below is the quantity for 2 well-served portions or 3 normal-sized portions (no right to repeat).
Ingredients:
5 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
15 tomatoes cut in half
150g raw wholemeal spaghetti noodles (cook to use in the recipe)
1 teaspoon of oregano
basil leaves
100g Buffalo mozzarella (or regular)
Salt and black pepper to taste.
Fry the garlic in olive oil without letting it brown. Add the tomatoes and mix for 1 minute. Add the cooked pasta. Season with salt, oregano and black pepper.
Add the basil and finally the buffalo mozzarella pieces and be happy!
