Chickpea salad recipe
Ingredients
- 200 g of chickpeas
- 1 red onion
- 1 tomato
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- green scent to taste
- 1 lemon juice
- Salt to taste

- Firstly, you need to soak the chickpeas overnight. Therefore, in a bowl add the chickpeas and cover with water, and let it rest overnight.
- So, the next day, to prepare the salad you need to cook the chickpeas. Drain the water and place the chickpeas in the pressure cooker, add a pinch of salt, a clove of garlic and enough water to cover.
