Guys, to this day I still can’t understand how such a simple vegetable soup is so successful, hahahaha. Seriously, I think that of all the dishes I make, this one is the one that people praise the most and it’s just a vegetable soup, without secrets or tricks. The only thing I do is add a little seasoning to avoid leaving that white “broth”, which I don’t like visually.
