Sausage Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 sausages (learn how to make sausage rolls)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 cup of mushrooms
  • 1/2 can of drained green corn
  • 1 cup ready-made tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can of whey-free cream

Preparation mode

  1. First, let’s prepare the ingredients that we will use for the sausage stroganoff. Therefore, start by chopping the 10 sausages into slices that are neither too thin nor too thick.
  2. Peel and chop the onion and crush the garlic cloves, chop the mushrooms and remove the whey from the cream.
  3. Once done, heat the oil in a large pan to brown the onion and garlic.
  4. Then, add the chopped sausage and let it sauté for about 3 minutes.
  5. Then add the chopped mushrooms, green corn, ketchup, mustard, tomato sauce and mix everything.
  6. Season with salt and let everything cook for another 3 minutes.
  7. Finally, turn off the heat and finish by adding the cream and mixing very well and you are ready to serve your delicious sausage stroganoff.

Tips for preparing sausage stroganoff

  • An important tip is to cook the sausages in water for a few minutes before sautéing them with the other ingredients. However, this step is optional, but there are those who prefer to use cooked sausage.
