Ingredients

  • 1 kg of chicken thighs
  • 1/2 jar of mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 spoons of olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Sweet paprika
  • Parsley to taste
  • Water

Preparation mode

  1. First, let’s prepare our chicken. Therefore, clean and remove the skin from the chicken thighs.
  2. Then, boil two glasses of water and pour it over the clean, skinless thighs.
  3. Then, let the chicken water cool.
  4. After that, remove the chicken thighs to a bowl.

  6. Once this is done, grease a large mold with olive oil all over the bottom.

  8. Then cover with aluminum foil.

  10. After this time, remove the aluminum foil and return the chicken to the oven to brown.
