Influencer Juliette made a small criticism during her winning speech at the Best of the Year awards.
Sincerity is certainly the hallmark of Juliette Freire and her personality, and this has not gone unnoticed by anyone. Furthermore, this feature also helped the influencer win an important award. In Best of the Year, the person who took home the trophy for “Digital Personality of the Year” was the winner of Big Brother Brasil. In her winner’s speech, the woman questioned the name of the category, recalled her origins and spoke about her mother, as well as other crucial points of public understanding.
In this sense, Juliette also spoke about the need for better investments in education in Brazil, and also thanked her team, which follows the woman’s career off screen. The influencer competed with Ary Fontoura and Átila Iamarino in the category. First of all, she made a point of praising the personality of the other 2 contestants. Thus, she spoke of the 88-year-old actor’s joy, and the importance of Átila’s services to science in the world.
“I wanted to say that this category should have been divided, because I wanted to be applauding Ary and Átila”, she began. Soon after, she spoke about her personality, in a discreet criticism of the category title. “I wanted to say, today it’s not followers that make me a personality, it’s not fame, it’s not reality TV. This personality that is now digital was built by Mrs. Maria de Fátima, with a lot of struggle, she raised six children on minimum wage, like most people in this country.”

“With great dignity, my personality was built from there”, continued Juliette. “And then in Brazilian public education, so lacking in attention, in care. It was built on so many things, on work, in principle.” After talking about it, she finally arrived at Big Brother Brasil, and started talking about the program and her post-program trajectory.
“Afterwards, my personality was only exposed, without any mask, really, as I am. My personality was also created by people who helped me, while I was inside the reality show, experiencing various conflicts that we experience here too. But I was being watched. They were giving up their jobs, families suffering a lot, being judged a lot.”
Finally, Juliette thanked the team that follows her prominent career, music and influence on the internet. “I also dedicate this personality to them. Many times I don’t even have time to thank you for taking care of me. Thank you very much. I just have to thank God and everyone who helped my journey.”
