You will need…

  • Stale French breads
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • ½ can of condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup (tea) oil
  • ½ cup (tea) sugar
  • Cinnamon to taste

Preparation mode:

  1. Initially, cut the bread into medium-sized slices.
  2. Then, in a container, mix the 2 cups of milk and ½ cup of condensed milk
  3. Then dip the slices of bread in the milk+condensed milk mixture until they are very wet.
  4. In another container, beat the eggs with a fork and then add the cinnamon little by little.
  5. Then, dip the slices of bread moistened with milk in the egg+cinnamon mixture.
  6. Set aside a deep pan, pour ½ cup of oil and wait for it to heat up, after the oil is hot, add the slices of bread
  7. Take a plate or platter and cover it with paper towel to remove excess oil.
  8. Then, in a container mix sugar and cinnamon
  9. After frying, dip the slices of bread in the sugar+cinnamon mixture.
  10. Finally, the recipe can be served hot or it can be refrigerated and then served cold.

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ½ cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 cup (tea) of water
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • ½ roll of baking paper

Preparation mode

  1. Initially, take a baking dish of your choice. Then line it with baking paper and then grease it with butter.
  2. Then, in a container, mix the condensed milk, a cup of water and vanilla essence.
  3. Then, pass the slices of bread in this mixture.
  4. Then, using a fork, beat the eggs
  5. Drain the excess mixture using a sieve and place the bread slices in the pan.
  6. Then, in a preheated oven (180° degrees), insert the baking tray and let the bread slices bake for 15 minutes or until golden. After that, if possible, turn them halfway through to brown on both sides.
  7. Remove from the oven and then sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  8. Finally, the recipe can be served hot or it can be refrigerated and then served cold.
