My Mango Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup of cream
- 1/2 cup condensed milk (adjust the measure to your taste)
- 1/4 cup sugar (but be very careful and only use it if the mango is not sweet)
- Juice of half a lemon (to enhance the mango flavor)
How to make
Peel the ripe mangoes and remove all the pulp. Clean the seeds well and then place all the pulp in a blender or processor and add the cream. Beat until mixed.
Then add the condensed milk and beat again to mix. Try it and if you think it’s necessary, add sugar and lemon juice, adjusting until you think it’s good. When it’s homogeneous, it’s time to stop, but if it’s too thick, adjust by adding cream or even milk until you reach the desired consistency.
