Ingredients:

  • 500 g of chickpeas
  • mineral or filtered water

Preparation mode:

Place the chickpeas in a container and cover with water, leaving to soak for 8 to 12 hours. After this period, drain the water and spread the chickpeas on a clean cloth to help remove excess water. Then, spread the chickpeas on a baking tray and place in a preheated oven at 180º C, letting them bake for around 40 minutes or until golden, stirring occasionally to prevent them from burning. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Blend the chickpeas in a blender until they turn into flour. Pass the flour through a sieve and return to the oven on low for 15 minutes to dry completely (stir every 5 minutes). Wait for it to cool and store it in a clean, well-closed glass container.
