Tonight I made Baked Chimichangas. This is a family favorite in my house and is great as leftovers too. This was a requested video and hope that everyone enjoys this easy dinner idea. If you love Mexican food, you will love this easy dinner.

Recipe Below

Filling:
2 cups cooked shredded Chicken
1 cup Cheddar cheese
1 cup Favorite Salsa
1/4 cup Sliced Green Onions
1TBS Cumin
1/4 tbs Oregano

Flour Tortillas
1 Tbs Melted Butter

Directions: Put filling in Tortillas and fold up into a rectangle. Bake on a greased cookie sheet @ 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with Sour Cream, Salsa, Guacamole, or any other condiments you would like! (these are great on there own too)

  2. Thanks for teaching me to bake the chimis, instead of oily mess. I can you spray them instead, with olive oil instead of butter?

  3. I have made these two times and they are a bit in my household. I make a big batch and freeze them in tin foil, they’re awesome reheated in the air fryer.
