Tonight I made Baked Chimichangas. This is a family favorite in my house and is great as leftovers too. This was a requested video and hope that everyone enjoys this easy dinner idea. If you love Mexican food, you will love this easy dinner.
Recipe Below
Filling:
2 cups cooked shredded Chicken
1 cup Cheddar cheese
1 cup Favorite Salsa
1/4 cup Sliced Green Onions
1TBS Cumin
1/4 tbs Oregano
Flour Tortillas
1 Tbs Melted Butter
Directions: Put filling in Tortillas and fold up into a rectangle. Bake on a greased cookie sheet @ 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with Sour Cream, Salsa, Guacamole, or any other condiments you would like! (these are great on there own too)

I have made these two times and they are a bit in my household. I make a big batch and freeze them in tin foil, they’re awesome reheated in the air fryer.
