“Now I’m doing intermittent fasting to arrive at Carnival dry, with a very slim body. It’s super fashionable and the most famous people are doing it. It involves alternating short periods of fasting with longer periods of normal caloric intake. I usually do it for 20 hours but it can be done for 14 to 24 hours. Most fasting is done at night, while sleeping, as sleep is the body’s natural time to detoxify and restart metabolic hormones”, details the blonde.

“In addition to intermittent fasting, I do boxing, swimming and weight training. If you eat and don’t do any type of exercise, it stores and becomes fat. I avoid eating at night because you don’t waste it and you rest before sleeping. That’s where fat accumulates”, adds the fitness muse who starred in several auditorium programs and was a member of the Banana Split Group.

Nagila Coelho highlights that privileged genetics run in the family. “My grandmother, my mother’s mother, is Indian. My mother is 61 years old and has no cellulite or stretch marks. Genetics runs in the family, but I have always taken care of myself since I was young. I’ve played volleyball and I’ve loved sports since I was a child. I have always exercised, taken care of myself and have been very vain since I was a child.”
