Acai makes you fat? Nutritional information and healthy recipes

Nutrition

When consumed in the form of pulp and without added sugar, açaí does not make you fat and can even be a good option to add to a healthy and balanced diet. But this does not mean that it can be consumed in excess, as, if this happens, it will lead to a large increase in the amount of calories consumed, favoring weight gain. Furthermore, you should not add other high-calorie foods to açaí, such as powdered milk, guaraná syrup or condensed milk, for example.

Therefore, açaí should only be considered a healthy ally in the weight loss process when used correctly. This is because, if used correctly, açaí helps reduce the feeling of hunger, improves intestinal functioning and gives more energy, which helps to maintain focus on the diet and exercise plan.
