1. Apple juice with pear, melon and ginger
All the ingredients in this juice have diuretic properties, making it a great way to reduce swelling in the body. This juice is recommended for swollen legs, postpartum swollen legs and swelling throughout the body.

- 1/2 apple
- 1 slice of melon
- 2 cm of ginger

Preparation mode
