In charge of the kitchen at Restaurante Amadeus since 2002, Bella Masano is the youngest daughter of the couple Ana and Tadeu, founders of the restaurant that has more than 30 years of history in the capital of São Paulo. Meanwhile, in Recife, André inherited the talent of his father, Shigeru Matsumoto, who opened Quina do Futuro in 1986.
