The environment, with the open kitchen, is also worth highlighting! All modern, it has a decor with Japanese and Peruvian influences, with handcrafted and colorful elements, such as, for example, the rope sculpture that supports the bar and the graffiti by Brazilian artist Julian Gallasch. Additionally, there is also a private room that can be reserved for up to 12 people.

The menu

The fish arrives daily, super fresh, guaranteeing flavor and quality in the dishes. You certainly can’t miss the classic ceviche, made with Japanese fish broth. From the counter, delicious sushi and sashimi come out, such as Nikkei sushi, typical of Peru, with seared tuna in ají panca pepper sauce and yellow tobikô roe. As is the buri drizzled in the house ponzu sauce, another good choice.

In addition, from the hot kitchen, the highlight is the parrilla-sealed tuna, with toasted green beans and two classic Peruvian sauces, anticuchero and huacaína, made with Peruvian ají panca and ají amarillo peppers. Another suggestion is grilled fish with steamed Chinese chard, Japanese rice and soy sauce and sake.
