On my last trip to São Paulo, I took the opportunity to discover yet another new gastronomic experience in the city! I had an excellent lunch at Fiaschetteria del Capitale, the younger brother of Il Capitale, which is on Oscar Freire. This is another venture by Italian businessman Gianluca Perino and São Paulo chef Ricardo Dicamargo. The Italian house in Jardins offers authentic cuisine from the country of Bota, with classic artisan pastas, in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere!

New Italian house in Jardins
What started as a delivery, grew to become a small restaurant, with capacity for 25 people, but intimate and welcoming. On the wall, a very colorful mural that celebrates Brazilian nature, while an arched window allows us to see the kitchen.
The menu features classics of Italian cuisine. We start with a salad with tomatoes and cheese before moving on to the pasta, such as Cacio & Pepe, served at the table. In addition, there is also Rigatoni Alla Bolognese and the traditional Spaghetti alla Carbonara.
For dessert, you certainly can’t miss tiramisù, but there are also delicious pie options! Meanwhile, to accompany it, the wine list has great suggestions. In other words, this new Italian restaurant in Jardins has an unpretentious atmosphere and quality cuisine!
