The best of all is that the cream cheese you make at home is free of all those strange things that the industry puts in food and which, although they keep them good for consumption for longer, are not very good for our health. A big advantage, right?

Learn how to make cream cheese in a blender:
Ingredients
500 ml of milk;
3 tablespoons of cornstarch;
1/2 tablespoon of salt;
2 tablespoons of butter;
1 small box of cream;
250 g of ricotta.
Preparation mode
The first thing to do is dissolve the cornstarch and salt in the milk and heat the mixture until it thickens. Once the milk is thicker, remove from the heat and mix in the butter, cream and ricotta.
Then blend everything in the blender. When it reaches the texture of creamy cheese, distribute it in jars and refrigerate.
The recipe yields, more or less, five large glasses and needs to be stored in the refrigerator. But, if there is too much to consume at once, cream cheese can be frozen.
