The salon and Spa is considered one of the best in the city! Julien Farel Restore Salon & Spa has a separate entrance on 61st and is located next to the gym. For gastronomy, the hotel has The Regency Bar & Grill, a typically American restaurant with a variety of dishes and which is also open for breakfast and lunch. Renovated last year, it has an atmosphere quiet cozy, and specializes in culture farm to table, very common in the USA, in literal translation, from “farm to table”. The Rotunda, the hotel’s lounge, was restored last year and features beautiful hand-painted murals.

Originally opened in 1926 as a hotel residence, the Surrey is a reference when it comes to luxury, and has hosted important figures such as John F. Kennedy and Bette Davis.
