Tired of this inconstancy in her body, she decided to change her strategy. She started eating whatever she wanted, normally, within a vegan menu. The only difference is that she committed to moving in some way, every day.

How Hannah lost weight without cutting carbs

After letting go of the habit of regulating her diet so much, Hannah began to use the energy that so much food provided to her advantage, to exercise. The changes were not only made to the young woman’s body, but also to her disposition.

She started eating potatoes with vegetables for breakfast like peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc. At lunch, she always had rice, leaf salad, beans and avocado on her plate. At dinner, she ate another salad and again the potatoes that she likes so much. Between meals she always included a portion of fruit that she felt like eating.

In total, the carbohydrate-loving American says she eats around 4 to 6 potatoes a day. What’s more, these potatoes are prepared according to her wishes of the day. They can be boiled, roasted and the way she likes best: fried.

The girl says in interviews and on the internet that cutting out carbohydrates doesn’t mean anything, it’s better to enjoy the benefits and spend energy.

Since she didn’t cut out carbs, she was satisfied with her meal and started doing yoga or cycling 4 times a week. In addition to walking 10 thousand steps every day. (Steps are counted by an app on your cell phone.)

The walk was not easy, but it became a routine that she loves and has maintained since 2014. In the first 6 months, she lost 18 kg. Today, it was already 30kg.
