Biography of Priscilla Alcantara
Before debuting at the helm of Bom Dia & Cia, Priscilla Alcantara had already participated in a musical competition. A girl who was 9 years old at the time participated in the Code of Fame program, which was presented by Celso Portiolli. Then, with a great performance, Priscilla was classified to represent her country internationally, in the International Fame Code, which was held in Mexico.
Despite not winning the competition, Priscila Alcantara did well and qualified in fourth place. Therefore, when she returned to Brazil, she was invited by Silvio Santas himself to do a pilot for Bom Dia & Cia.

Controversies with the gospel community
In addition to the transition from gospel to pop, which generated much criticism from the gospel community, Priscilla has also been the target of controversy.
When she published a photo on her Instagram profile showing a heron tattoo on her ribs, the publication was filled with comments criticizing her attitude. Among the comments, many fans questioned whether the artist had abandoned her religion for good.
And it didn’t stop there, after that the singer posted another photo of another tattoo, now on the inside of her lip, which is actually an excerpt from her new song. In the caption she wrote: “I’ve seen so many people who said they knew how to love passing by those who only wanted love, the inconsistency of the faith that says ‘God is love’ and hides this god in the name of ‘fear’”.
Many internet users understood the message as a hint towards gospel singer Bruna Karla. She was recently controversial when she said she refused to sing at the wedding of a friend who is homosexual, due to her sexual orientation. At the time, Priscilla countered the singer’s comment asking for respect and love for the LGBTQIA+ community.
Personal life
Rumors recently emerged of a possible romance between Priscilla Alcantara and fellow singer Vitor Kley. But until then, neither of them had commented on the matter. The singer even revealed that since the rumors began in May of this year, she has been receiving many questions about Vitor, including from her own family.
However, she was presenting the TVZ program on the Multishow channel, in which Vitor was one of the guests. She started by asking if he was single, and he was surprised.
