Baleia Rio’s
Docking in Rio, Baleia is part of the same space as the Assador Rio’s steakhouse, in Aterro do Flamengo, with views of Guanabara Bay, Pão de Açúcar, Corcovado and Niterói. Already established in São Paulo, Baleia Rio’s brings the best of Mediterranean cuisine, designed by chef Bruno Barros. With a large open-air space, the establishment promises to be a hit in the summer, with a happy hour filled with signature drinks, such as the Varadero (R$39), Azul da Cor do Mar (R$42) and the Mediterrânea (R$44 ).

Cashew
Located in Copacabana, the restaurant exalts the famous bar snacks with a new look. Therefore, Caju is a gastrobar with a very Brazilian feel and the ideal place for those looking for a democratic space with cold beer, elaborate drinks, wines and revamped food. In fact, from 5pm to 8pm, draft beer costs just R$6. On the menu, cashew appears in several recipes, whether in drinks or snacks. Furthermore, on the drinks menu you will find signature cocktails, caipis and G&T’s.

Milan House
Located in the stronghold of Rio’s bohemia, around Praça São Salvador, Casa Milà became known for being a little piece of Spain in Laranjeiras. The restaurant promotes, from Monday to Friday, the happy hour with double dose of drinks. Therefore, between 5pm and 7:30pm, customers who order a draft beer get another round on the house – the same goes for cocktails and sangrias. Among the highlights of the drink menu are Pecado Rojo, which contains vodka, red fruit puree, ginger foam and powdered hibiscus (R$ 32) and Verão da Lata, prepared with white cachaça, aged cachaça, ginger ale and grated rapadura foam (R$ 34). With the look of summer, the Coltivi restaurant is one of the points of Botafogo, in the South Zone of Rio. The outdoor tables and jazz performances are certainly an invitation to Rio’s nights and that refreshing drink this summer.

Escaminha
From the gastrobar’s kitchen comes fish and seafood in different versions. finger foodsand on fire. Following the cool atmosphere of Rio, Escaminha is located on the sidewalk of Rua Dias Ferreira, in Leblon, with suspended lamps and shelves that go from one end to the other. From there, signature drinks and draft beer are available, for those who prefer a cold one after the beach. Thus, among the highlights of the menu are the mix of four preserves of the day (R$ 54); Fresh oysters (R$ 11 / unit) and Oysters with peppercorn granita (R$ 49 / 4 units). Worth the experience!

Hatch
At Hatch, a Japanese restaurant located in Botafogo Praia Shopping, customers can enjoy the happy hour, Monday to Friday, from 3pm to 8pm. The restaurant prepares a Double Drink menu, which includes Heineken beer (R$ 15), Hatch Classics, with Moscow Mule, Cosmopolitan, Negroni and other classics (R$ 38 for a double dose). The gin and tonic menu (R$ 32 for a double dose) also includes the Exotic Tonic, with hibiscus, basil, lemon and tonic water, and the Spritz (R$ 35 for a double dose). For a snack, the Hatch Hour menu offers light starters such as Edamame (R$ 20), Kakiage with vegetables and corn (R$ 20), Harumakis (R$ 30), as well as the refreshing Salmon Tartar (R$ 45).

Heaven Cucina
Heaven da Barra da Tijuca offers exclusive drinks for R$ 18. During the happy hour, customers who purchase two drinks receive a special entrée from chef Heaven Delhaye. In fact, the highlights are the Aperol Spritz, made from aperol, sparkling wine, sparkling water and ice (R$ 18); Traditional G&T, with gin, tonic and lemon slice (R$ 18), in addition to Sangrias and Clericot, made with fruits of the day, citrus and white or red wine (500 ml, for R$ 70).

Naga
To improve the experience, Naga, an award-winning Japanese cuisine restaurant in the Village Mall, created the Drink Time. From Monday to Friday, from 4pm to 7pm, the happy hour offers a selection of exclusive snacks, created by chef Raul Ono, perfect to pair with drinks created by mixologist Alex Mesquita. Enter the Bashira Cocktail (R$ 37), prepared with vodka with pear, strawberry, lemon and mint; the Naga Club (R$ 39), with fine sherry, elderflower liqueur, bitters and pineapple, in addition to the Nozomi (R$ 39), made with a base of gin, hop liqueur, amaretto, basil, Tahiti lemon and ginger (R$40). For snacks, they offer Korokke (R$ 27 – 5 units), Japanese-style croquetas and Salmon Katsu (R$ 30 – 5 units), which has the fish breaded and lightly fried.

Who Who
The QuiQui kiosk, located on São Conrado beach, is perfect for a happy hour. The menu designed by chef Francisco Nóbrega features light dishes for the heat of Rio de Janeiro and refreshing drinks. Highlight is the white fish ceviche (R$52). In fact, to drink, the QuiQui Blue drink (R$ 39), made with green apple Monin, Curaçao, national Gin, lemon and sparkling water is a hit!

Tragga Del Mar
The Tragga Del Mar restaurant, located in Vogue Square, in Barra da Tijuca, offers a happy hour every day, from 6pm to 9pm. To toast, there are drinks for just R$25 (except caipis) and Stardust Brut Rosé sparkling wine, R$109 for R$79. In fact, the highlight is Maresia, made with Gin infused with blue tea and pitaya, lemon and tonic, and Pina Del Mar, prepared with Run carte blanche, pineapple juice, coconut milk and blue syrup.
