What’s For Dinner (#117) : Hot Dog Chili Video

______________________________________________________________________
Corn, Green Chilies, and Cheese
1 onion, chopped (I used half an onion)
1 can diced green chilies, drained
2 tablespoons of butter
1 can whole kernel corn, drained (I used 2, but 1 would have been more than enough)
1/ lb grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Season to taste

Sauté onion and chilies in butter. Add corn. Fold cheese into mixture until it melts. Add seasoning to taste. Just before serving, mix in sour cream.

  1. I made your cheese-it meatloaf recipe and rolled them into meatballs like I said. They were a hit. So tasty. Thank you for the recipe. Our Thanksgiving was small too only 9 people. But it was nice. Happy yours was too.

  2. Everything looks so good especially the Thanksgiving dinner! I had the same thing except I made collard greens. I’m done cooking for the year, I may end up ordering Christmas dinner 😂

  3. Oh yeah! Give me that Thanksgiving plate! The hot dogs looking right up my alley also. Excellent eats as usual, Andrea. Have a great week.

  4. Hi Andrea! all your meals looks so delicious. I hoped that you and your family had a Great Thanksgiving. I heard little man of the house soundslike he wasn't to Happy, Lol. I just love your Beautiful family.Hugs and kisses to him for me and please tell Howard hello. Enjoy your evening.

  5. When I used to eat hot dogs, I would roast them in the oven. So good! I’m sure they were good in the air fryer. I was on bread duty for thanksgiving and didn’t make it. I was mot feeling it either. Everything looks great!

  6. Oh my! Your dinners looked great! We ate leftovers clear through the weekend. The neighbor boy came over last night & polished off the last! I froze the last of the turkey. My fridge was so full! It was just us & Bri’s 2 adult kids for Thanksgiving. Very small. I sent leftovers home with them & we still had enough for all weekend. I don’t even remotely wanna cook! But I suppose I need to feed these guys😔! How did little Harrison like Thanksgiving dinner? Howard likes Stove Top over cornbread stuffing!!! We like StoveTop too. But not over cornbread stuffing! The kiddos & I could eat just that as a meal!😂
Glad you guys had a good Thanksgiving!😊💜

  7. Hi, Andrea!
I was surprised by those airfryer dogs: they looked grilled, like you said.
The corn dish looks good: I love Monterrey Jack cheese.
I knew that was Howard's plate because of the avocado, haha
Don't worry about burning the wings: it takes time to get a feel for new kitchen gadgets.
That Thanksgiving plate looks amazing! Your dressing is magazine picture-perfect.
    Thanks for sharing!

  8. We really need to get an air fryer. We're a bit intimidated by it. Those dogs look so good. Yes to the corn. I was going to say that it looks like Mexican corn. That Thanksgiving plate looks AMAZING. We didn't have ham this year and I miss it. I love both stuffings but especially Stovetop. 😂
