In addition to being light (if you remove the pasta, it’s super light) it’s my husband’s favorite! I don’t know exactly the quantities because I do everything using the “eye meter”, the ingredients are:

– Minced meat;
– Hello;
– Diced vegetables (I used carrots, broccoli stalks, potatoes and green beans).
– Oil;
– Vegetable broth;
– Pasta (any short pasta);
-Salt and pepper.

The broth in my soup is brown because I use meat already seasoned with soy sauce (shoyu), salt and pepper.

I sauté the meat in olive oil, add a lot of chopped garlic, vegetables, broth, salt, pepper and water until there are about 3 fingers of ingredients. I leave it on the fire for about 15 minutes (I don’t use a pressure cooker). I add the pasta and leave it for another 15 minutes. If necessary, I’ll add more water. Adjust the salt and that’s it.

We like to put a few cubes of cheese inside. Maridovsk feels sick from eating so much!
