Two new and unmissable bakeries/cafes in Jardins

South America

On my last two trips to São Paulo, I truly immersed myself in gastronomy in the city. After all, with so many new features, it’s difficult to get to know all the places. However, here in this post I highlight two new and unmissable bakeries/cafes in Jardins: Le Blé Casa de Pães and Nica Café. Naturally fermented breads, confectionery with top-notch sweets and cozy environments with outdoor space. Check out! Le Blé Bread House

The artisanal and elegant bakery and confectionery is headquartered in Higienópolis and opened a few months ago in Jardins. The atmosphere is charming, cozy and has a balcony. At Le Blé, which means wheat in French, all ingredients used are organic and sustainable. In fact, that’s why the bread recipe is exclusive to the house.

Fachada da Wheat

There are 12 different types of bread, including baguettes, sliced bread, ciabattas and brioches. The toasts, made with rustic bread, are indeed a good option for brunch, with avocado or fig and goat cheese fillings, for example. The cold cuts were delicious, as was the crispy croissant. There are also varied options of eggs, tapioca, sandwiches, savory snacks, cheese and sausages.

hard to resist

On Le Blé’s menu, we also find bistro dishes, pizzas and special gift basket options.
