My mom’s recipe is a huge hit, but it’s not one of my favorites (it doesn’t matter that I don’t make the natureba line!). For those who like tofu, it’s worth it.

Follow me the good ones:

Mix:

  • 2 cups of chopped tofu;
  • 1/2 onion cut into medium pieces;
  • 1/4 yellow pepper;
  • 1/4 of green pepper;
  • 1/4 of red pepper;
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped ginger;
  • 5 cherry tomatoes cut in half.

Season according to your taste. I’m going to give you the seasoning suggestion that my mother uses, but you can season it however you want:

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (shoyu);
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 1 tablespoon of white vinegar;
  • salt and freshly ground pepper and dried herbs of your choice.
  • Finally, black sesame, more for looks than for flavor (you can use green onions).
