After the pandemic, many people had to adapt to working from home. Therefore, having a comfortable and quiet space is essential to perform well.

Therefore, when decorating a 30m² studio, the project needed to be adapted for this purpose. An important tip for maintaining privacy but at the same time ensuring the spaciousness of the space was to create a glass wall between the living room and the kitchen.

As a result, there is a curtain that can be closed while one of the residents is in a meeting or needs to step away from visiting the kitchen.

Check out some photos:

2. A Cook’s Home

The next 30m² studio is a home project for someone passionate about cooking. After all, it can be seen that this room has great prominence in the house plan.

In this way, every centimeter outside the kitchen needed to be further optimized to fit all of the residents’ furniture and objects. Therefore, planned joinery was essential for this functionality.

Furthermore, the wooden covering offers comfort and modernity to the home. As a result, combining it with black elements is a great tip to add elegance.

3. Modern and elegant

If you want to offer a feeling of seriousness, elegance and modernity in your decor, this 30m² studio is for you!

With a dark coating and lots of mirrors to give a feeling of spaciousness, this home is remembered by every visitor.

The sober colors refer to the industrial style, but with a touch of comfort offered by wood. An important tip for using the same television in the living room and bedroom is to use a piece of furniture that can be rotated whenever necessary.

4. Studio of 30m² organized

The next images show a studio measuring exactly 33m² decorated with sober colors and minimalist furniture.

In the kitchen and living room, cabinets without visible handles add simplicity and modernity to the space. As a result, they create a cleaner look.

On the other hand, colors steal attention to details. After all, although the furniture is neutral in color, decorative objects such as rugs, cushions and bedding come to life through a striking palette.

5. Project with bar and home office

Who said that in 30m² it is not possible to create a bar, a dining table and a home office? This was the mission that architect Iza Hermoso had with her new clients.

“The 30m² Studios are already becoming our favorites here at the office. Our biggest challenge in spaces as small as this is being able to adapt all of our clients’ wishes: dining space, office, bar and even closet”, explains the professional.

The style chosen by residents was industrial. Furthermore, the lighting has different formats that were adapted according to the needs of each room.

6. A cozy and clean home

On the other hand, comfort and practicality are the words that define this 30m² studio. Light colors in contrast to brown create a harmonious and cozy space.

Furthermore, the use of plants in decoration provides a greater proximity to nature. As a result, the home becomes even more relaxing.

“We believe that it is possible to live in comfort and practicality, as long as it is designed in such a way, that every meter is well used, explain the professionals at Estúdio 2 Arquitetura.

7. Hidden rooms

If you are not usually organized on a daily basis, you need to know the strategy that has won the hearts of architects and interior designers: hidden rooms.

Basically, you can hide anything in a custom closet. As a result, when it’s not in use, you can simply close the doors and hide all the clutter.

In the images below, notice that the same table used for dinner is used in the cloffice. This way, it needs to fit perfectly inside the closet.

8. Mixed colors

The next studio presents a proposal for integrated environments full of color. To achieve this, the environments were segmented with visual dividers.

For example, the living room has pink wallpaper as a wall delimiter and a rug. On the other hand, the kitchen is white and has a baby blue wall.

To highlight the dining table, residents opted for the classic contrast between black and white. As a result, the colors were harmonious and delicate.

Conclusion – Studio 30m²

Finally, we saw that a 30m² studio can accommodate different styles of decoration and the furniture can be distributed in different ways.

Therefore, knowing how to recognize priorities and create a functional and cozy project is essential for a perfect home.
