Okay, it can’t be the best in the world, I exaggerated, but I wanted an impactful title that could express how much I like this one hot chocolate! It’s really good! And it doesn’t contain cornstarch (I don’t like chocolate with starch). Good easy to do! I will teach at microwavebut you can do it the same way using the stove, ok?
There’s no point in coming with talk about “how do I make myself thinner?”, thinner is skimmed milk with zero chocolate powder, green tea, those bad things in life. This is high in calories, so consume in moderation and everything will be fine. Let’s go?
Place 2 tablespoons of cream and 2 squares of milk chocolate in a mug (remove from the large bar). Microwave for 15 seconds and stir to mix well. If it hasn’t melted completely, return to the microwave for a few more seconds.
Add 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder. I use what everyone calls “priest’s chocolate”, but the correct name is “Dois Friars”. Mix well until the pellets dissolve. Add 1 cup of hot milk and sweeten according to your taste. I also added whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
