Stuffed zucchini recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 zucchini
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 300 g of ground beef (check out the best recipes with ground beef)
  • 100 g chopped bacon
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese
  • Green smell
  • Sal
  • Black pepper

Preparation mode

  1. First, cut the zucchini in half, lengthwise, remove all the pulp and set aside.
  2. Then, in a pan, boil the salted water to cook the zucchini.
