I always make this zucchini here at home because I think it’s a great practical and light option. In fact, I think zucchini is the vegetable that appears most often on the table (and pans) here at home. We love! So I’m always “inventing fashion” to get away from the traditional sautéed with garlic, which is also very tasty, but it gets boring every day, right?
Look how simple: I cut the zucchini into thicker slices, brush with olive oil, salt and black pepper. I place it in the frying pan over medium-low heat and let the part where it is in contact with it brown well. I turn the slices over, sprinkle with grated cheese, tomato, basil and oregano (you can give the tomato a little seasoning beforehand if you want, I add just a little salt). Then just let the cheese melt.
