  • 2 tablespoons sweet cassava starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (optional)
  • Vanilla drops (optional)

Preparation mode

  1. First, divide the banana in half, one half mash well and the other part chop into slices.
  2. Then, grease a frying pan, preferably a tall one, with a little oil.
  3. Then, decorate the bottom of the frying pan with banana slices and set aside.
