Sicilian Lemon Mousse with White Chocolate

For my birthday I made this dessert in a cup. It was very good! The tartness of the lemon contrasts harmoniously with the smoothness of the white chocolate. And the best of all is that it’s super simple to prepare and you can do it the day before the party and save time preparing other things!

Just mix:
1 can of condensed milk;
1 box (200ml) of cream;
Juice of 2 Sicilian lemons.
I put it in cups and took it to freeze.
When it was quite firm, I added the chopped white chocolate on top.

To make the chips, leave the chocolate at room temperature (I used 100g of white chocolate).
The recipe yielded 9 130 ml cups.
A very quick dessert that is a huge hit!
