Here the green sea meets the Camaragibe River, the warm waters make bathing conducive. Near the mouth, a vast area of ​​mangroves can be seen. It is located at the southern end of São Miguel dos Milagres, next to the village of Barra de Camaragibe.

These beaches draw attention for their white sand, crystal clear waters, lush coconut trees and for being practically deserted. Neighbors, Patacho and Laje have almost the same characteristics and provoke a lot of discussion about which is the most beautiful. It’s really hard to choose! At low tide the sea recedes so much that it is possible to walk kilometers into the sea, natural pools of indescribable beauty are formed on the reefs. They are located in the neighboring municipality of Porto de Pedras, 10 km north of São Miguel dos Milagres.

Morro Beach

This beach differs from the others because it has strong waves, ideal for surfers who all concentrate on the beach. It features beautiful cliffs, rocks that appear at low tide and the mouth of the Camaragibe River. It is the first beach in the municipality of Barra de Santo Antônio. To access the beach you need to cross the river in Barra de Camaragibe, or along an unmarked sand road.
