I love adding a little something to our daily rice. This time I cooked the rice in vegetable broth and set it aside. I had some slices of parma in the fridge asking to be used. Then I just sautéed an onion in olive oil, added chopped parma ham, some mushrooms and two spoons of my beloved ricotta cream. I added the ready-made rice and sprinkled with thyme from my mini-garden. You don’t even need anything else, see!
