On this last visit to NY, I stayed at AKA Wall Street, a residence hotel in Downtown NY that carries the Preferred Hotels seal. There are five addresses in total in the city, and AKA Wall Street is well located in the Financial District, an area of Manhattan that is getting more renewed every day.

It’s no surprise that this residence hotel in Downtown NY has everything travelers need for a comfortable and complete stay in terms of structure and service, whether during a business trip or a leisure trip with family or friends, as was my case. .

One of the things that impressed me the most as soon as I arrived was the tour that one of the employees gives with the guest after check-in. He thoroughly explained every detail of all the services and structure they offer. I was lucky enough to be welcomed by the kind and good-natured Giovanny who led the visit and, as a bonus, gave us tips on what to do in the region and the main shops around the hotel.
Studio room
My studio, mega spacious, was completely furnished with very tasteful items. Two suites, both with Bulgari amenities, various towels, bathrobes and super soft slippers. A kitchen fully equipped with appliances, utensils, pans and crockery, dining table, TV room and also a work table and several USB points to connect your gadgets and charge your cell phone. We really have the feeling that we are residents of NY – even if just for a few days.

Not only the charismatic Giovanny, but the entire hotel staff demonstrate agility and cordiality to resolve any type of situation. From hiring a driver to booking tickets for shows, or in popular restaurants in NY. Which only increases the feeling of welcome for guests! The hotel also has a gym with modern equipment and the Blue Ribbon Federal Grill restaurant, which is open from breakfast to dinner serving contemporary dishes. Furthermore, it has a super pleasant rooftop, where films are shown on summer afternoons and also a laundry room to make the experience even more practical. With all this at our disposal, you never want to leave AKA Wall Street, right? LOL
