Bem Brasil, the largest frozen French fries industry in Brazil, gave us the delicious mission of inventing recipes with its products and the first of them was made using traditional potato sticks (those that come frozen).
I’ll tell you something: there’s no better potato than this! What a delight people! And it’s from the field to the table, because it’s a 100% national product!
And thinking about doing something creative, the idea of combining two delicacies in a single recipe came up, and thus potato pizza was born!
