  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 bouquet of sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice

Bechamel sauce

  • 250ml of milk
  • 20g of butter
  • 20g of flour
  • salt to taste
