Ingredients

  • 500 g of soft thigh
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon umami seasoning powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 500 ml of hot water
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 chopped seedless tomato
  • Oregano to taste
  • 1/2 can of tomato sauce

How to prepare pot meat

  1. First, put the oil, onion and garlic in a pressure cooker and sauté well.
  2. Then cut the meat into pieces and place it in the pan.
