Pepperoni Esfiha – Panelaterapia

Yesterday I made a post about how to model esfiha (see here) which is something you always asked me for, but then people kept asking me for the recipe and today I decided to pass it on.

In fact, I already gave this recipe here on the blog, the new feature is the filling that I made with pepperoni and honestly, it was sensational, tastier than the meat filling.

I made the filling using a food processor, but if you don’t have one, you can chop everything finely. To make 30 small sfihas (but not as small as the party ones) I used:

  • 1 slice of pepperoni;
  • 1 seedless tomato;
  • 1/2 large onion;
  • 50g of cheese of your choice (I used half cured).
  • black pepper and oregano to taste.

I crushed it all together and that was it. It was delicious!!!!
