Oriental pork filet mignon recipe
Ingredients
- 400g of pork filet mignon
- 150g broccoli (check out a broccoli risotto recipe)
- 5 gr
- 15ml soy sauce
- ½ clove of garlic
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 pinch of white pepper
- 40ml soybean oil
- 1 stalk of green onion, sliced
- 1 egg white
- 5g cornstarch
- 10ml of water
- 6 drops of toasted sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
Preparation mode
- First, let’s prepare the recipe ingredients. Therefore, cut the pork fillet mignon into slices that are neither too thick nor too thin. Wash the broccoli well and separate the leaves, peel and chop the garlic and also the green onion.
