This recipe is wonderful! No oil, friends! It looks like magic! And the coolest thing is that the popcorn is very tasty and crunchy. Want to see the magic happen? Come with me!

In a tall microwave-safe container, place 5 tablespoons of popcorn corn, 5 tablespoons of water and salt (I used 1 teaspoon of coffee). Mix well, cover with plastic wrap and make 4 holes to let the steam escape (use the tip of a knife or scissors for this). Place in the microwave at full power. Ideally, the container should be made of glass because the film will not stick to the plastic and popcorn will fly all over the microwave.

*** Now pay attention because each microwave is different, in mine it was 6 minutes. Only after 4 minutes did the popcorn start to pop and after 2 minutes they were all popped. There was barely anything left without exploding. Perfect!!!

*** When the interval between one pop and another starts to get longer, stop the microwave to avoid burning the already popped popcorn.

Friends, popcorn is a great snack option, full of whole grain fiber and combats aging because the cone contains a high concentration of antioxidants.
