Absolute success in Florianópolis and Jurerê, the Or is the newest Japanese restaurant in Faria Lima and of course we went to check it out! In a three-story building, the bold project (which cost R$7 million) impresses with a lounge, balcony and rooftop under a glass dome. At the head of the kitchen, two renowned chefs. Executive Rafael Portes, responsible for all Noma Group operations, and chef Fernando Nagao, with experience at Osaka Nikkei and Tatá Sushi, among other renowned restaurants. Certainly a program for lovers of Japanese foodwho crossed the southern borders of the country with his excellence and perfectionism!

New Japanese restaurant in Faria Lima
O Or Sushi It operated for three years in Jardim Paulista, and in March of this year it reopened in Faria Lima, in a modern project by Otavio de Sanctis Arquitetura. With capacity for 160 people, the refined environment has an open lounge, including an external balcony, and does not close between lunch and dinner. On the third floor, the disputed rooftop can be closed for events, private tables and business meetings. After all, it is located in the new financial and technology company center of São Paulo!

The menu, which brings together creative and tasty dishes, was almost entirely renewed by the chefs, but some hits of the house were maintained. Like, for example, the pair of nigiri of fatty salmon belly with crispy scallops created on the island of Florianópolis (R$ 52), sealed in truffled butter with fleur de sel.

Among the new products are tuna in different textures, served with sharialga norieggs massago, crispy tempura and sauce kewpiedelicate scallops and Wagyu Gold (R$ 54), ज्यो of A5 Wagyu, lightly sealed with gold leaf and Maldon salt. There are also some delicacies, such as, for example, dishes based on bluefin, considered the noblest tuna in the world. I also loved the rolls, like the volcano (R$48), with salmon, avocado and shrimp cream, scallop, kani, kewpie and massago roe. Meanwhile, among the hot orders, the highlight is black codAlaskan black cod, served with miso sauce after marinating for three days (R$108).

Furthermore, during the week, the new Japanese restaurant in Faria Lima also offers an executive menu (R$92). There are three special menus, from Monday to Friday, with starter, main course and dessert, including an executive vegetarian menu. To drink, there is a creative drinks menu, with classic and original suggestions. Noma, for example, is made with gin, cranberryginger concentrate, tahiti and hibiscus foam with roses.

Therefore, with a refined atmosphere and high Japanese cuisine, Noma Sushi is another excellent tip for Japanese restaurant in São Paulo!
