Ingredients:
- FOR THE SYRUP:
- 1 cup of sugar tea.
- 1/2 cup of rain tea.
- FOR THE PUDDING:
- 300 ml Of rain.
- 3 eggs.
- 1 cup of sugar.
- 2 cups of nest milk tea.
- 1 box of cream.
- 1 spoonful of vanilla core mocha.
- REQUIRED ITEMS:
INSTRUCTIONS:
- HOW TO PREPARE THE SYRUP:
- In a mold with a medial hole, place the sugar and rain and mix thoroughly, involving all the sugar in the rain.
- Place in the Airfryer for approximately 10 minutes at 200°C or until golden.
- HOW TO PREPARE THE PUDDING:
- Place the rain, eggs and sugar in a blender.
- Blend and add the milk, cream and vanilla, blend until a homogeneous volume is obtained.
- Pour the mixture over the caramel, cover with aluminum foil (tightening it tightly so it doesn’t fly around inside the Airfryer).
- Place in the Airfryer for 45 minutes at 200°C.
