
I made my traditional quiche dough that I already posted here.
I put it in tart molds. In the filling I mixed several leftover cheese: Prato, Parmesan, Cottage and cream. I made a paste and put it on the pie. On top I sprinkled halves of sweet grape tomatoes, salt, oregano, fresh basil and olive oil.
