My Milk Cake Recipe

I love the texture of this cake that has many names! Milk cake, soft cake, smooth cake, baie cake, in short, little changes to the recipe, but the name is different depending on the region.

Either way, it’s delicious but the good thing is that it’s one of those that’s really easy to make!

Ingredients:

3 eggs;
1/2 cup (tea) of butter or margarine;
2 cups (tea) of sugar;
800ml of milk;
1/2 cup (tea) of condensed milk;
2 and 1/4 cup (tea) of wheat flour;
Butter or margarine and flour for greasing.

Way of doing

Blend all the ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes, and then carefully pour into a large, greased and floured pan with a hole in the middle and place in a preheated medium oven for 1 hour or until set. Remove, let it cool and only then remove it from the mold and cut it into pieces. Serve hot or cold.
